The Frē Foundation is committed to making a meaningful impact on the health and healing of Black and diverse women. The foundation channels its resources towards initiatives and organizations dedicated to fostering wellness, healing and empowerment.

The FRĒ Foundation
FRĒ FEMME's commitment to championing inclusive wellness initiatives is deeply intertwined with our philosophy of self-care. The FRĒ Foundation underscores that a holistic approach to well-being extends beyond individual benefit. By supporting causes that address the unique challenges and health needs faced by marginalized women, the foundation not only contributes to collective healing but also advocates for a more equitable and compassionate world.
Through the FRĒ Foundation, 100% of sales revenue is donated to organizations that support the mental health and well-being of women and girls:
The Loveland Foundation: Founded by activist Rachel Cargle, The Loveland Foundation focuses on providing financial assistance for therapy and mental health support for Black women and girls. Through their Therapy Fund initiative, the foundation aims to make mental health resources more accessible and address the barriers that may prevent Black women from seeking the support they need. https://thelovelandfoundation.org/
The Essie Justice Group: Focused on empowering women with incarcerated loved ones, including those who have experienced incarceration themselves. While their primary focus is not exclusively on mental health, their work involves providing support, resources, and community-building for women who have been impacted by the criminal justice system. https://essiejusticegroup.org/
The Okra Project: The Okra Project strives to promote well-being and offer support to Black trans women in navigating mental health concerns, specifically focusing on providing meals and mental health resources. https://www.theokraproject.com/
Dear Diary, Inc. of Madison | Mentoring for Black Girls (WI): Dear Diary is committed to empowering Black girls and women to write their own narratives for social and economic advancement. They believe that every individual has the power to shape her own life, and provides the tools, resources, and community to make that happen. https://www.deardiaryinc.org/
The African American Breastfeeding Network (WI): Established in 2008 to improve maternal child health and champion breastfeeding equity by (1) advocating system/policy changes, (2) partnering with community allies and (3) implementing community-based, family-centered, culturally tailored health education and support services. https://aabnetwork.org/
